Edradour Whisky
Edradour's copper stills are the smallest allowed under Excise
regulations - any smaller, so the theory goes, and they would
be hidden away on a hillside. This is Scotland's smallest
distillery, making only around 12 casks in a good week from
local barley and water originating deep on Moulin moor.
Handcrafted malt, aged for at least ten years in Oloroso sherry
casks, in limited quantities.
